3. Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, some information is collected automatically by our website and by the third-party tools we use:
- Log and usage data: IP address, browser type and settings, pages viewed, links clicked and time spent on the site.
- Device data: the type of device, operating system and device identifiers.
- Approximate location: your general location (such as country or city) derived from your IP address.
This data may be collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google tags, which we use or may use to measure the performance of our advertising and to show relevant ads. Where the law requires it (for example, for visitors from the EU and UK), we will only use non-essential cookies and pixels after you consent, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
4. How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm, reschedule and hold the call you booked, and to send you related reminders.

- To follow up with you about the call and, if you become a client, to provide our services.
- To understand how visitors use the website and to measure and improve our advertising.
- To protect the website and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
5. Legal bases (EU and UK visitors)
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:

- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): non-essential cookies, analytics and advertising pixels.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): where we must keep records for tax or accounting purposes.
6. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, including:
- Calendly (scheduling): receives the information you enter in the booking form.
- Google (web fonts, Google tags and analytics, email and calendar tools): receives your IP address and usage data.

- Video-call, email and website hosting providers we use to communicate with you and keep the website online.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a transfer of the business.
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers are based in the United States or other countries outside your own. When personal information of EU or UK residents is transferred outside the European Economic Area or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where the provider is certified) or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. How long we keep it
- Call booking information: for as long as needed to hold and follow up on the call, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client.
- Client information: for the duration of our work together and afterwards as long as required by tax, accounting or other legal obligations.
- Cookie and pixel data: according to the retention settings of the relevant provider, typically no longer than 26 months.
9. Your rights
Everyone can ask us what information we hold about them, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of marketing emails at any time.
EU and UK residents have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port their data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our lead authority is the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl), but you may also contact the authority in your own country.
U.S. residents (including California and other states with privacy laws) may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access, correct and delete it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. Our use of advertising pixels may count as "sharing" under some state laws. You can opt out by emailing us, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Canadian residents have the right under PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws to access and correct their personal information and to withdraw consent, subject to legal and contractual limits. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
To exercise any of these rights, email michael@auxxoo.com. We will respond within the time required by law (generally within 30 days) and may need to verify your identity first.
10. Cookies and how to control them
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the website, such as the booking form, work.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
